About Me

My name is Brittney Pino Gautreaux and I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana which is not far from New Orleans. I met my husband here in BR and we were married March 2007. My husband is a CRNA in Baton Rouge and Hammond and I sell real estate full time in the Greater Baton Rouge area. We both keep very very busy. 2012 marks my 9th year selling real estate and I am very passionate about what I do- I am energetic, enthusiastic & highly driven... a "work-aholic" I must say.

During my 6 years with RE/MAX First, I have built a team of professionals who contribute to the success of each sale. My full-time assistant, Ronda, is very detail oriented and assists with our day to day activities and transaction processing. My full-time "Home Buyers'' Specialist", Erin, works exclusively with our home buyers. She is a skilled negotiator and works very hard for our Buyers to find the best homes for the best price, while My main focus is on Listings and Sellers with my aggressive and results-driven marketing techniques.

I was not born into this business, but researched the career and found it to be a perfect fit. Selling Real Estate is absolutely EVERYTHING that I ever wanted in a career... all in one! Sales, public relations, autonomy, independence, entrepreneur, marketing, advertising, legal aspects, professional counseling, not having to sit behind a desk 24/7, multi-tasking, staging, networking, team building, leading, etc, etc...

I started off selling on-site for a Resort Style Development. Let''s just say it was like "real estate boot camp". I gained an incredible amount of experience, which I would not have gotten had I started out on my own. I sold everything... and I mean EVERYTHING! There were several different sections in the community which varied in size, style and price. I sold land, town homes, garden/patio homes, age qualified community, golf course frontage, lake frontage, Floridian style, Colonial, Corporate Executive and even in a Gated Section with Million Dollar Estate Homes. This was high volume sales and selling resale homes, new construction and custom pre-solds/building deals. I became familiar with all the stages of construction, I worked with high end clientele, and kept very busy.

After working on site for a couple of years, I decided it was time to break out on my own. I chose RE/MAX! I have been with RE/MAX for 6 years. I have closed just under $60 Million in Real Estate transactions to date and counting. I achieved RE/MAX''s 100% Club Level 4 consecutive years (2006, 2007, 2008, 2009). I achieved RE/MAX Platinum Club Level in 2010 and Rank #6 REMAX Agent in the state of Louisiana in 2010. In 2011, my Team Ranked one of the Top 10 RE/MAX teams in the State of Louisiana. We work with a fantastic team of experts who contribute to the success of each sale... We claim to know the best lenders, inspectors and builders in the business. We take pride in being the best we can be. The heart of our business is repeat clients and referrals.

It is our vision to provide exceptional service, to above and beyond for all of our clients. It is our vision to create raving fans so that our clients come back to us and refer their friends and relatives. We accomplish this by following organized systems, offering more than the average real estate team, being passionate and believing what we do, being consistent and well structured in our daily business. On a greater scale, we will give back to our community through various charities, organizations, church and volunteering our time. It is our goal to leave a mark that others will admire.
